We had our fall furnace checkup with Curtis yesterday. Comfort By Design calls you to schedule your fall checkup when you are enrolled with their Comfort Club program. Curtis came and did a very thorough cleaning & inspection of our furnace, giving us an update on how it is functioning and if he had any concerns. He is always straightforward and honest with us about what he finds. Very pleased with the service and would recommend Comfort By Design to anyone.

Chet did a thorough cleaning of our mini-pump. Last year he did the same and during the season we didn't have any "junk" come out of the vents onto our furniture. Anticipating the same for this year.

Our gas fireplace wouldn't turn on. Chet tested the gas pressure, ignition, pilot light, and gave it a good cleaning. He re-arranged the logs, rocks and embers. When he put it back together, the glass and the metal screens look cleaner than new. He reviewed the controls on the wall keypad with me. The fireplace works well, looks great and we are using it every day again. Thank you for the excellent service!
