My husband had tried to install my gas fireplace, but found himself stuck. He called Comfort By Design and Chet was at our house at 8:00 the next day. He finished the install, totally cleaned up after himself, and was very patient about teaching me how to use the remote. The cost was surprisingly reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend Comfort By Design to anyone, and will use them again should I have the need.
